Q: What is your MOQ and do you accept small order?
A: Yes, we accept small orders.

Q: What about the cost of sample and sample time?
A: Free sample is available for routine mode, some special request will be charged, all advanced sample fees can be refunded after large order confirmed. Routine samples can be sent in 1~3 days.

Q: If we are not satisfied with your product, what should we do?
A: All of our products are of good quality. If it's samples, we'd like to remake samples for you. If it's mass production, we'd like to replace the defect product.

Q: Can I choose the package?
A: Yes, customized packing for your choice.

Q: Which payment will you accept?
A: We accept all major payment types, including TT and Paypal. 
Usually there are 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment for formal order, and 100% payment for sample order.

Q: How about the leading time?
A: Lead time of normal order below 100000 PCS will be about 2 to 3 weeks. Order of more than 100000 PCS will be confirmed with its actual requirement.
